Teachers’ Free Web Tools is a creation of I.E. Sersea, M.A., aka MaestroSersea, a dedicate public school teacher who is an avid believer in the transformative power of education coupled with dynamic interactive technological advances now available through the internet. In addition to teaching language arts full time at the secondary level, MaestroSersea also teaches English Language Development or English as a Second Language to adults during evening classes at the community college level. During weekends, MaestroSersea focuses on his educational enterprise, Teach Me Help Me Educational Services, maintains his online educational resources (including this one) and offers language-literacy and test preparation workshops at Irvine Valley College, in Irvine, California.
